plexironssthepau provides custom website development services. As these are personalized services tailored to your specific requirements, standard return policies do not apply in the traditional sense.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project at any time before work begins. If you cancel after we have started development work, the following applies:

• Cancellation within 48 hours of project start: Full refund minus any third-party costs incurred
• Cancellation after 48 hours but before 50% completion: Partial refund based on work completed
• Cancellation after 50% completion: No refund, but you retain ownership of completed work

Revision Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your website. Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

• If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as specified in your project agreement
• If the delivered work does not meet the quality standards outlined in your agreement
• If we fail to meet agreed-upon deadlines without reasonable cause

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of project completion. We will review your request and respond within 14 business days.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about your project, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction. Most concerns can be addressed through revisions or adjustments to the project scope.

Project Completion

Once a project is completed and approved, ownership of the website design and code transfers to you upon final payment. At this point, the project is considered complete and no returns or refunds are available.

Maintenance and Support

Post-launch support and maintenance services are separate from initial development. These services are provided according to separate agreements and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
